Rock What You Got Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to building stages and stories that create paid opportunities and bring visibility to women and creatives left out of the spotlight. We believe that who gets seen—and who gets paid—shapes culture. Our work exists to shift both.
We bring this mission to life through a connected ecosystem of live entertainment and storytelling. On stage, we produce events like our Pay Gap Comedy and Music Shows, where women headline, are paid fairly, and are celebrated as the center of the show. Through storytelling, we develop film, television, and digital projects that elevate voices and experiences that are often overlooked.
A core part of our work happens through Rockstoria Studios, our production arm, where we create original content while intentionally hiring, training, mentoring, and fairly compensating female and gender non-conforming production professionals. We also engage collaborators from communities that have historically been underrepresented in the film and television industry, expanding access to opportunity behind the camera as well as in front of it.
